Job description
The IT Operation Analyst: Provide support for IT systems, ensuring the proper functioning of local IT infrastructure, networks and user environments. Assist with deploying and supporting IS/IT solutions at the corporate, division, or plant level. Work with IT technicians and central helpdesk, act as level 2 local contact point for technicians onsite. Provide training to local end users or IT technicians when needed. Handle local operational issues and escalate to global operations to minimize disruption of operation. Respect group IT standards and guidelines, implement best practices for IT security and compliance. Participate IT system rollouts, maintain local project timeline and budget. Provide feedback from local perspective and collaborate with regional and Group-level teams Provide regular updates to the leaders. Maintain local operation documentation.
Requirements
University degree or Engineering School with IT specialization or equivalent by experience. IT certifications (Operating system, TCP/IP network…) Previous Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational support of IT infrastructure in an industrial environment End user support experience (expertise and communication) Key technical skills Intermediate networking skillsets (wired and wireless). Intermediate VMWare and Microsoft Server operational tasks. Level 2 end user support Familiar with IT infrastructure cabling and hardware setup Proficiency in local language(s) of the assigned country or cluster and good command of English.
