Interim Solutions Design Manager

• Design innovative warehouse solutions for customer tenders and existing operations.
• Develop warehouse layouts, process flows, labour models and capacity plans.
• Produce cost models and operational proposals that are commercially viable.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Engineering and Finance teams to deliver winning solutions.
• Analyse operational data to identify efficiency improvements and optimise warehouse performance.
• Support customer presentations and solution reviews throughout the sales lifecycle.

• Proven experience in warehouse solutions design within a 3PL or contract logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, labour modelling, layout design and operational costing.
• Experience supporting tender responses and customer solution development.
• Advanced Excel skills, with experience using AutoCAD and warehouse modelling tools desirable.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and presentation skills., All applicants must have an unrestricted right to work in the UK as our client will not support visa sponsorship for this role.
