Market Insights Analyst

As a Market Insights Analyst, you will support the growth of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) business across Europe. You will monitor market trends, customer needs, regulations, and new business opportunities in key European energy markets. Working closely with the strategy, marketing, sales, and product teams, you will turn market data into clear insights, reports, and presentations that support business decisions. This is a great opportunity for a Mandarin-English bilingual professional with a strong interest in Europe’s energy transition and the ambition to work in a truly international environment. • Collect and analyse market data on Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across Europe
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, project developments and new technologies in key European countries
• Track energy policies, regulations and government support programmes and assess their impact on the market
• Research business opportunities and revenue models for battery energy storage projects
• Gather and analyse customer feedback and market requirements to support business decisions
• Prepare clear reports, presentations, dashboards, and market insights for internal stakeholders and management
• Support sales and business development teams with market information, customer presentations, and strategic research

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy, Engineering, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Environmental Studies, or a related field
• Up to 2 years of work, internship, research, or project experience
• Interest in renewable energy, Solar PV, battery storage (BESS) and the European energy market
• Good analytical and research skills, with the ability to work with data and market information
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to create clear reports, presentations, and market insights for different stakeholders
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) and European language skills (German, French, or Spanish) are a plus

• Monthly salary of €3,500 - €4,500, depending on experience
