Job description
We are seeking a Hardware Test Technician Associate to join our growing hardware operations team. In this role, you will execute PCBA and system-level tests, validate the performance of image sensors, and maintain product inventory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone detail-oriented and hands-on who wants to contribute to the success of a fast-paced startup., * Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to execute PCBA and system-level hardware tests.
- Validate the functionality and quality of various image sensors through standardized test workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, configurations, and inventory transactions.
- Assist with the organization and management of product inventory, including receiving and tracking units.
- Collaborate with engineers and senior technicians to escalate and resolve failures during testing.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment, adhering to ESD and lab safety practices.
Requirements
- Ability to follow written procedures and maintain detailed, accurate records.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of ESD practices and electronics safety.
Preferred:
- Experience working with PCBAs or system-level hardware validation.
- Familiarity with image sensors or camera testing.
- Comfort with fixture wiring, basic rework, or soldering.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
