Hardware Testing Engineer

• Top skills:

1. Ability to run tests independently, including preparing wiring harnesses, assembling fixtures, and running scripts with training
2. Discipline in keeping test data and project records accurate and up to date
3. Ability to escalate test issues or product failures constructively to lead validation engineers and other colleagues.

• Interview process: 1. Virtual interview with manager. 2. On-site panel interview with colleagues, lab coordinator and managers
• Remote/ On-Site: This is an on-site position due to the hands-on nature of hardware testing. (5 Days)

Essential Skills:

• 3+ years in test lab environment

• Hands-on experience with DMMs, power supplies, oscilloscopes

• Ability to execute DVP&R

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with environmental chambers or data acquisition systems

• Knowledge of industry standards like MIL-STD-810, SAE J1939

• Electronics assembly and soldering
