· Serve as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting application, data, integration, and user-reported issues.

· Investigate incidents across the application stack to identify where failures or gaps are occurring.

· Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with software engineering, data engineering, data science, cloud, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.

· Translate user-reported issues into clear technical requirements or incident details for engineering teams.

· Document incidents, root causes, resolutions, known errors, and troubleshooting procedures to improve long-term support capabilities.

· Identify recurring support issues and recommend improvements that increase application stability and reduce operational disruption.

· Support testing, validation, releases, and post-deployment activities as enhancements are introduced into the platform.

· Partner with business users to understand operational workflows and ensure technology issues are resolved with minimal impact to nuclear work management activities.

· Collaborate across technical teams rather than operating within a single application, development, or data silo.

What’s in it for you?

· A welcoming, collaborative team environment where you will be provided an opportunity to work with the nation’s largest producer of carbon-free energy, getting exposed to next generation energy sources and new technologies while contributing to their overarching mission of transitioning to a carbon-free future through innovative clean energy solutions.
