Job description

We’re looking for a part-time Junior Software Developer to support our Marketing and IT teams across a range of technical projects.

You’ll help build and maintain responsive HTML/CSS emails and landing pages, update our website using WordPress, set up automations using Zapier, and carry out basic Salesforce administration.

It’s a hands-on role, ideal for someone looking to build broad, practical experience across development, systems and data., * Build and maintain responsive HTML/CSS email templates and landing pages, testing across clients, browsers, and devices as needed.

  • Help maintain and update our website using WordPress
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot automations using Zapier to connect our systems and tools.
  • Carry out Salesforce administration tasks, including record merges, adding and configuring fields, and building reports.
  • Provide user support and investigate data issues across Salesforce and connected systems.
  • Support documentation of processes, systems, and workflows.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Basic coding experience (HTML/CSS; light JavaScript a plus).
  • Interest in, or exposure to, automation tools such as Zapier.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Good communication skills, comfortable working across Marketing and IT teams.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
  • Familiarity with WordPress.
  • Understanding of how data flows between integrated systems.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.).
  • Experience with version control (Git).
