Software Tester

• Performing functional, regression and exploratory testing
• Collaborating with development teams to understand requirements and validate delivery
• Creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans and test scripts
• Identifying and reporting quality issues with clear, actionable feedback
• Supporting the implementation of testing best practices within the team

• Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Knowledge of test case design, execution and defect reporting
• Familiarity with test management tools and bug tracking systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Clear communication skills and ability to document findings effectively

Nice-to-have experience could include:

• Exposure to automated testing frameworks or tools
• Knowledge of Agile or continuous integration environments
• Experience with SQL or database testing
• Certification in software testing (ISTQB or equivalent)
