We are a growing consultancy working on complex, mission-critical government projects that make the UK a safer place to live. This is a remote-first role with two days a month onsite in client locations, offering a salary of up to £85,000, flexible working hours, hybrid working, 5 days of external training plus a dedicated learning and development budget, a dedicated career coach, technical guilds, matched pension and healthcare, and regular socials and company events. • Strong commercial Java experience
• Full-stack experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and React
• Cloud experience, particularly AWS; Azure is beneficial
• CI/CD experience with tools such as GitLab
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers
• Comfortable engaging with clients and providing technical direction
• Consultancy experience is beneficial but not essential
• Must be a British citizen and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years to be SC clearable
