Technical Lead (Java/Fullstack)

This is a great role for a Senior/Lead Engineer who wants to stay hands-on while taking ownership of technical direction. You’ll lead engineers, shape architecture and design decisions, and work directly with clients to turn complex problems into high-quality software.

• Strong commercial Java experience
• Full-stack experience with TypeScript, JavaScript and React
• Cloud experience, particularly AWS (Azure beneficial)
• CI/CD experience with tools such as GitLab
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers
• Comfortable engaging with clients and providing technical direction
• Consultancy experience beneficial but not essential

• Salary up to £85,000
