Job description
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Drive Agile best practices and establish delivery discipline across teams.
- Partner closely with technology leadership to improve processes, workflows, and team effectiveness.
- Coordinate efforts across internal development teams, business stakeholders, contractors, and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate prioritization discussions and help ensure alignment around business goals and delivery objectives.
- Track project progress, identify risks, remove blockers, and drive timely resolution of issues.
- Support onboarding and coordination of vendor and contract resources.
- Assist in defining scalable delivery frameworks and team structures as the organization grows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience.
- Strong background leading Agile software development teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Proven ability to improve delivery processes and team performance.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and SmartSheets.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
- Personable, team player, flexible, and open to ambiguity., * Experience supporting digital product, application development, or e-commerce teams.
- Background in hospitality, restaurant, retail, loyalty, or customer-facing digital environments.
- Experience driving Agile transformation or process improvement initiatives.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) is a plus but not required.
