Mission : Consultant Support Applicatif N1 dans le secteur de la santé, au sein d?un environnement de laboratoire. Prise en charge des incidents et demandes utilisateurs, diagnostic fonctionnel, résolution N1 et escalade N2/N3. Environnement : SIL, middleware/interoperabilité, MSSanté, portails santé, EasyVista.

Requirements

Profil : première expérience en support applicatif, avec expérience obligatoire sur un SIL et/ou dans le secteur de la santé, sens du service, rigueur et réactivité., Mission : Consultant Support Applicatif N1 dans le secteur de la santé, au sein d?un environnement de laboratoire. Prise en charge des incidents et demandes utilisateurs, diagnostic fonctionnel, résolution N1 et escalade N2/N3. Environnement : SIL, middleware/interoperabilité, MSSanté, portails santé, EasyVista.
