In this role, you will be attached to our Dutch operations while collaborating closely with our international stakeholders and development teams to drive next-generation blockchain initiatives. This is a fully remote, part-time employment position with a guaranteed, stable hourly schedule. • Global Strategy & Compliance: Conduct technical research to ensure strict alignment with international software standards, data privacy laws, and security protocols across Europe and Asia.
• Risk & Project Mitigation: Advise on risk mitigation frameworks, product troubleshooting, quality assurance (QA), and agile project execution strategies for our international software portfolios.

We are looking for an autonomous, technically sharp IT professional who thrives in an agile, international startup environment and is passionate about simplifying complex technologies.Your Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years (6+ years preferred) as a Software Engineer, IT Specialist, Technical Lead, or System Architect within the software, Web3, or advanced high-tech sectors.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, security protocols, or blockchain development.
• Logistics & Language: Near-native English proficiency is required for technical reporting and global stakeholder collaboration. You must be based in the Netherlands and have a demonstrated ability to work efficiently and autonomously under a structured, remote, part-time employment schedule.
