Job description
System Value & Adoption Measurement
- Support the design and rollout of an HRIS value and efficiency tracking framework across the global HR tech portfolio
- Define and operationalize adoption KPIs in partnership with Product Leads, ensuring measurable outcomes are tied to system investments
- Contribute to the methodology for tracking KPI progress across countries and system areas
Global Projects & Business Case Support
- Actively participate in global HR system evaluation and implementation projects, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, communication, and alignment
- Contribute to business case development for new system investments or migrations, combining data-driven insights with stakeholder perspectives
- Support change management during global system rollouts, including preparing and delivering stakeholder communications
Adoption Strategy & User Community
- Partner with HRIS Product Leads to co-design strategies that improve adoption and efficiency KPIs across systems and countries
- Build and manage a global HR user community, facilitating knowledge-sharing, promoting best practices, and enabling cross-regional collaboration
- Continuously evolve the team’s support model to enhance operational efficiency and user experience
Country Engagement & Customer Success
- Act as a key point of contact for country HR teams, understanding local processes, challenges, and system usage patterns
- Translate country-level insights into actionable product input, supporting prioritization of the HRIS roadmap
- Proactively identify adoption gaps and resistance, and work with countries to address them through targeted support and guidance
Other
- Support additional strategic projects and initiatives as prioritized by the Global HRIS team
- Ensure country HR teams are informed of system changes, upcoming enhancements, and best practices through clear and regular communication, * Work at the forefront of HR technology and AI adoption
- Gain exposure to global strategy and decision-making
- Collaborate with diverse teams across multiple countries
Requirements
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, change management, or customer success within a complex organizational environment
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to define KPIs, structure frameworks, and communicate data-driven insights clearly
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - in both English and Spanish
- Comfortable working across diverse, cross-cultural, and cross-functional teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Proactive and adaptable; thrives in dynamic environments where structure is still being built
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong overall digital communication capabilities
- High learning agility - quickly grasps new systems, concepts, and processes, even with limited context or documentation
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity with minimal guidance; able to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills - able to structure issues, identify root causes, and independently drive practical solutions, * Experience in HR, ideally as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or in Talent Development, Learning, or HR Operations
- Prior experience with Workday (as a user, key user, or configurator)
- Familiarity with HRIS adoption frameworks, digital HR transformation projects, or HR analytics
- Experience supporting global system implementations or vendor evaluations
- Background in learning technology, including Workday Learning or LMS/LXP platforms
