Job description
- Deliver architectural packages across all RIBA Work Stages, with particular strength in Stages 3-4 (Spatial & Technical Design).
- Develop detailed, coordinated technical design information suitable for planning, tender and construction.
- Produce high-quality Revit models and construction documentation.
- Coordinate closely with structural, MEP and specialist consultants to resolve complex technical interfaces.
- Participate in design reviews, technical workshops and client meetings.
- Support project delivery through construction, responding to RFIs and site queries where required.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with programme, budget and quality objectives.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to BIM best practice across the team.
Requirements
- Strong experience delivering projects through RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4, with exposure to the full project lifecycle.
- Ideally experience across all RIBA Stages (0-7).
- Highly technical with excellent construction and detailing knowledge.
- Advanced Revit proficiency and confidence working in a BIM-led environment.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Able to manage multiple technical workstreams on complex projects.
