Your Role

In our team, developers take care of inventory, multiplayer, building system, skills, combat, procedural world building etc. They prototype new gameplay elements and integrate them with the other team members., * Develop and implement core gameplay systems (combat, skills, inventory, building, multiplayer)

  • Prototype new features and collaborate closely with design and art teams
  • Write clean, well-structured C++ code in Unreal Engine 5
  • Ensure reliable replication and event-driven gameplay
  • Work with and extend the Gameplay Ability System (GAS)
  • Debug, optimize, and polish features for a smooth player experience
  • Contribute ideas and support your teammates across disciplines

Requirements

  • Experience on AAA PC or console games
  • Strong proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine 5
  • Good knowledge of replication and event-driven programming
  • Basic understanding of the Gameplay Ability System (GAS)
  • Bonus: familiarity with AI systems
  • Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany
  • Valid EU work authorization
