Job description

The Vendor Master Data Support Specialist will support the Supplier Onboarding team with day-to-day vendor master data activities. This position will focus on reviewing, analyzing, cleansing, and maintaining supplier information to ensure vendor records are accurate, complete, and up to date., * Support the Supplier Onboarding team with daily administrative and vendor management activities.

  • Review and analyze information within the existing vendor master database.
  • Perform detailed data reviews to identify opportunities to cleanse, correct, and enrich vendor master data.
  • Review supplier ordering addresses and remove outdated or unnecessary addresses when appropriate.
  • Identify inactive vendors and update or block inactive vendor records accordingly.
  • Assist with bank confirmations related to vendor changes.
  • Verify vendor information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain organized and accurate vendor records while meeting established deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve vendor data discrepancies and support efficient supplier onboarding processes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with strong administrative and data-management skills., * Minimum of 2 years of administrative, customer service, data management, or other relevant business experience.

  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and problem-resolution skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and intercultural awareness with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP and/or SRM is preferred.
  • Well-structured and organized working style with strong analytical thinking and a focus on operational excellence.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Business school certification or an Associate degree is preferred but not required.
