Major Incident Manager / Incident Commander - Chandler, AZ/ Jacksonville, FL

• Lead technical triage calls to manage and resolve high-priority incidents impacting business services.
• Coordinate across diverse technical teams to ensure timely restoration of services and effective incident communication.
• Utilize monitoring tools and dashboards to proactively identify, analyze, and respond to application and infrastructure alerts.
• Develop and execute troubleshooting procedures, escalating issues as needed to ensure rapid resolution.
• Drive operational excellence by analyzing trends, automating monitoring processes, and improving incident management workflows.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in incident triage and event management within large IT operations environments.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, AIOps, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Splunk, Dynatrace, and Netcool is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Experience supporting application, infrastructure, and network systems, including Windows, Linux, and Oracle environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly to diverse audiences.
