No previous IT experience needed - if you’re curious, a fast learner, and genuinely great at using search engines to find answers, we want to hear from you., Supporting our clients with everyday IT issues, learning the ropes of helpdesk support, and picking up real hands-on skills in a friendly, supportive team environment.
Requirements
Aged 16 or over, recently left school or college
- Comfortable using computers day-to-day
- Excellent at searching for and finding information online (this matters more than you’d think!)
- Reliable, a good communicator, and keen to learn
- No formal IT qualifications or experience required - we’ll train you up
