This is a high-impact leadership role where youâll lead the delivery of IT operations across a complex healthcare environment, ensuring our systems, services and infrastructure support exceptional patient care and colleague experiences., * Lead the IT Operations and Service Delivery strategy for our Dental business
- Oversee IT infrastructure including cloud platforms, networks, telephony, end-user computing and on-premise systems.
- Ensure availability, performance, security and resilience of systems.
- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
- Own and improve the IT Service Management framework.
- Lead Service Desk, Application Support and Major Incident Management teams.
- Manage supplier relationships and contracts.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role within a complex, multi-site environment (healthcare or service industry preferred).
- A strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (especially Microsoft Azure), and service management.
- Demonstratable success in leading large teams and managing third-party vendors.
- Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks (v3 or v4 certification preferred).
- Experience with regulatory compliance in healthcare or similarly regulated industries.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
