Part-Time IT Coordinator

Location: Artisan Kitchens - Newberry, SC Department: Information Technology Reports To: IT Manager (Corporate) with support from local management Schedule: 10-20 hours per week, This position provides hands-on experience supporting technology in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will assist employees with day-to-day technology needs while gaining exposure to business systems, manufacturing technology, networking, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 administration., · Provide first-level technical support for employees

· Set up and deploy laptops, monitors, and other computer equipment

· Assist with user account creation and Microsoft 365 support

· Troubleshoot Windows hardware and software issues

· Support printers, scanners, mobile devices, and warehouse handheld equipment

· Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment

· Perform basic workstation imaging and software installation

· Escalate complex issues to the Corporate IT Manager as needed

· Document support requests and resolutions

· Assist with technology improvement projects and special assignments

Artisan Kitchens is seeking a motivated and customer-focused college student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field to join our team as a Part-Time IT Support Intern., · Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related degree program

· Strong interest in information technology and customer service

· Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

· Reliable transportation to the Newberry facility

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience troubleshooting PCs or personal technology

· Familiarity with Microsoft 365

· Exposure to networking concepts or cybersecurity

· Previous customer service experience

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift and carry computer equipment up to 30 pounds

· Ability to walk throughout an office and manufacturing environment
