IT Manager

FABICash, the number one cash access platform in the gaming industry is seeking a dynamic, hands on IT Manager. In this role, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our platform is up and running 100% of the time. Our customers are casinos, so you will deal with casino management in over 200 casinos nationwide. You will travel to casinos and will be in charge of coordinating all installations. This includes onboarding customers, ordering equipment, participating in calls with our casino customers. Once the install date is set, you will travel to the casino and install equipment ensuring all good connections to the casino’s management system. You and your team will be responsible for training casino staff on the FABICash System. This pivotal role involves managing a diverse range of IT functions, ensuring the seamless delivery of technology services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with exceptional leadership abilities, enabling them to, * Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise systems such as Windows Server environments, and cloud platforms like AWS.

• Manage network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Cisco routers, firewalls, network security protocols, and remote access solutions to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Supervise IT support operations across desktop support, technical troubleshooting, system upgrades, and user assistance to deliver exceptional service.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, for disaster recovery, service incident response and cybersecurity measures.
• Coordinate vendor relationships for hardware/software procurement, compliance, and ongoing support for technologies.
• Lead project management initiatives for software implementation, system upgrades, infrastructure enhancements, and cross-departmental technology integrations.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations by implementing robust information security protocols and conducting regular audits.

• Extensive knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS.
• Demonstrated expertise in server management (Windows Server environments), database administration (Microsoft SQL Server), and enterprise collaboration tools.
• Hands-on experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives including network security measures and disaster recovery planning.
