IT Director

FABICash is seeking an experienced, hands-on IT Director to lead the company’s technology operations, cloud infrastructure, security, and compliance initiatives. This role is critical to maintaining the reliability, security and scalability of our cash access platform. The ideal candidate is a technical leader who enjoys solving complex problems, leading projects, supporting software development, and ensuring the highest levels of availability. This is a working leadership position requiring both strategic oversight and day to day technical involvement. The IT Director will participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule with five other IT team members to support production systems and customer operations., * Lead corporate IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives.

• Manage Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, and scalability.
• Serve as the primary technical lead for PCI DSS compliance, including assessments, remediation, policy development and audit support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, cloud and application issues for 200 casinos nationwide.
• Lead system installations, hardware deployments and technology implementations at customer sites. Travel is required.
• Mentor IT team members and foster a collaborative, service oriented culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience managing production environments in fintech, financial services, payment processing, or other related industries., * Bachelor’s (Required)

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year, * 401(k) matching
