Job description

Provide operational support for all item processing activities in accordance with established procedures. Coordinate daily workflows to meet internal schedules and cash letter deadlines. Monitor and complete ATM deposit processing and maintain required documentation for balancing and audit purposes., a. Process incoming and outgoing check files, including in-clearing and returns. b. Balance and verify items to ensure accuracy and the process is complete. c. Monitor Encenta to complete ATM deposit processing. Research discrepancies, and resolve exceptions. d. Respond to internal customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and support. e. Serve as a departmental backup, assisting team members and supporting various tasks as needed. f. Coordinate workflow to meet cash letter deadlines and ensure timely submission. g. Monitor, prioritize, and resolve tickets/chats submitted to the Data Operations queue in a timely manner.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of one year experience in operations and/or accounting preferred.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  4. Proficiency in keyboarding and computer applications preferred.
  5. Effective oral and written communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
  6. Ability to work varied hours as needed.
  7. Core Competencies: Decision-making, dependability, professional development, evaluation, interpersonal skills, prioritization, problem-solving, sales aptitude, and teamwork.

Physical Requirements: Light Work - exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Reaching, fingering, grasping, repetitive motions, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, lifting, climbing, kneeling, talking, hearing, pulling, pushing, thinking, concentrating and interacting with others.
