IT Asset Coordinator

The IT Asset Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the preparation, staging, deployment, and fulfillment of end-user IT assets. This role ensures devices and peripherals are accurately configured, tracked, and delivered while maintaining inventory integrity and compliance across depot operations. Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill hardware requests including laptops, monitors, and peripherals
• Stage, image, and configure devices per standard build requirements
• Process fulfillment requests through ServiceNow
• Pick, pack, and ship assets with accurate documentation
• Maintain inventory accuracy including row, bin, shelf, and substate updates
• Perform intake and restocking of returned assets
• Partner with RTI and HAM teams to support asset lifecycle accuracy
• Conduct routine inventory audits
• Support bulk fulfillment initiatives
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency

• 2+ years of experience in IT asset fulfillment or depot operations
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Familiarity with imaging and device configuration
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, * ServiceNow: 2 years (Required)
