Job description

EH Digital Technologies Ltd is recruiting an experienced IT Support Manager to oversee the delivery of reliable, customer-focused IT support services across the organisation. This role is responsible for leading the support function, strengthening operational performance, and ensuring technology services remain dependable, secure, and aligned with evolving business requirements. You will drive service improvements while developing a highly capable technical support team., * Lead the daily operations of the IT support department, ensuring service requests and incidents are resolved efficiently.

  • Establish service standards, monitor operational performance, and implement initiatives that improve response and resolution times.
  • Manage technical teams responsible for desktop support, infrastructure support, and end-user services.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and software teams to resolve complex technical issues and minimise operational disruption.
  • Oversee change implementation, system maintenance activities, and technology rollouts with minimal business impact.
  • Analyse support trends and recommend long-term improvements through automation, process redesign, and knowledge management.
  • Maintain service documentation, operational procedures, and governance in accordance with IT best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing IT support, service desk operations, or enterprise technical support functions.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, cloud services, enterprise networking, endpoint management, and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience working within ITIL-based service management environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience coaching technical teams and managing operational performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
