IT Support Manager

Caledonian Technology Group Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to lead the delivery of reliable IT support services across the organisation. You will oversee the support team, ensure timely resolution of technical issues, and help maintain secure, efficient, and high-performing IT systems that support day-to-day business operations., * Manage daily IT support operations and lead the technical support team.

• Oversee incident, problem, and service request management.
• Ensure IT systems, hardware, software, and networks are maintained effectively.
• Develop and improve IT support processes to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve technical issues.

• Experience in IT support, service desk management, or IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ITIL best practices.
• ITIL, Microsoft, or other relevant technical certifications are desirable.

Pay: £3,700.00-£5,500.00 per month
