Job description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with organisational goals, focusing on innovation and operational excellence.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, to enhance business capabilities.
  • Oversee enterprise architecture, ensuring strategic design integrity across all projects and initiatives.
  • Manage daily operations of IT systems, networks, cloud platforms and infrastructure, maintaining high security and uptime standards.
  • Drive cybersecurity efforts, implementing robust controls and compliance measures to safeguard digital assets and reputation.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing IT team, cultivating a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee significant IT projects, managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for maximum ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection policies and regulatory frameworks, maintaining privacy and governance standards.

If you have extensive experience in IT leadership, cloud infrastructure and cyber security, this role offers a rewarding career in a pivotal industry environment., * IT leadership experience, with strong leadership skills and the ability to lead multi discipline teams.

  • Proven expertise software engineering, enterprise infrastructure, cloud solutions (AWS, Azure), cyber security and IT governance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
  • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, or cloud-specific credentials (AWS/Azure) are advantageous.

  • Hybrid working - 2 days on site
  • Performance related pay and bonus - up to 30%
