Technology Director will play a central role in turning that ambition into reality.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape how technology enables this company’s services over the coming years - ensuring that their platforms, tools and ways of working support high-quality, efficient and resilient project delivery across all disciplines. deliverable plans.Core Experience & Traits NeededExperienced IT Leader with management experience in a business of equivalent size (Annual revenue per annum within the 25m-75m range)Ideally experience or working within consultancy and services companiesTrack record of implementing new technologies to drive business transformation and operational efficiencies - with demonstrable understanding of the importance of bringing stakeholders along in the processExperience of working alongside a managed service providerExtensive knowledge of Microsoft environment, including MS365 and AzureExperience of managing cyber / information security and other governance policies and processesRelevant technical and professional qualifications / accreditations e.g. ITIL and Prince2Hands-on as well as strategicCollaborative and willing to engage with users across the businessBudget / vendor management skillsStrong project management skills and experienceEngaging and effective communicatorIf
