Systems Administrator

We are seeking a technically minded Systems Administrator to maintain and support IT systems, infrastructure, and users. You’ll troubleshoot issues, manage access, monitor system performance, and help keep the organisation’s technology secure and reliable., * Maintain and monitor servers, networks, systems, and IT infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, and configurations.
• Install, update, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
• Monitor backups, system performance, security alerts, and availability.
• Maintain IT documentation and work with internal teams or external providers to resolve technical issues.

• Previous experience in systems administration, IT support, or infrastructure.
• Good understanding of Windows systems, networking, and common IT environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or cloud services.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and learn new technologies.
