Experteer Overview In this Director role within Capgemini Invent’s Intelligent Industry team, you will lead complex transformation programs and drive new business opportunities across sectors such as Energy, Aerospace, and Life Sciences. You’ll guide multi-disciplinary teams, shape market propositions, and contribute to global offer development while advancing thought leadership. You will work with senior executives to run the business effectively and help clients adopt AI, digital twins, and IoT-enabled transformations. This is a chance to impact large-scale change at a global tech-enabled consultancy with a strong focus on sustainable, data-driven outcomes. Pay / Benefits * Lead Business Development: drive proposals, RFPs, bids, market propositions, and go-to-market activities * Oversee Program Delivery: design and deliver complex transformation programs from strategy to implementation * Build High-Performing Teams: develop and lead industry-expert teams delivering strong client outcomes * Advance Thought Leadership: shape market position via campaigns, think-tanks, whitepapers, and external talks * Support Global Offer Development: contribute to global portfolio strategy and offering management * Enable Business Operations: collaborate with senior leaders to steer the business effectively Tasks * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or STEM-related field * Strong understanding of operations and product development across multiple industries * Proven experience in Intelligent Industry, Industry 4.0, AI, digital twins, IoT/edge, data management, and related capabilities * Skills in business strategy, digital transformation, operating model development, product management, business case definition, change management, and agile delivery * Experience with Aveva, Dassault, Siemens, Autodesk, Maximo, and SAP * Demonstrated success in business development with Tier-1 organizations * Strong awareness of AI applications and industry trends Key requirements * flexible working arrangements * hybrid working * wellbeing initiatives * Mental Health Champions * Thrive and Peppy apps * CSR and ethical focus
