Experteer Overview In this role, you will help clients identify and address security challenges across SIEM, identity, and EDR, guiding engagements from scoping to delivery and reporting. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations. The position offers a clear path to senior levels through mentoring, certifications, and exposure to diverse client environments. You will shape security programs and roadmaps while maintaining high-quality client communications and governance. Compensation / Benefits * Deliver AIR engagements across services such as greenfield SOC builds, SIEM implementations (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, SentinelOne AI SIEM, LogRhythm), EDR deployments, and managed security transitions * Perform assessments of Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Copilot for Security, and Azure * Produce client-ready deliverables (HLDs, LLDs, SOWs, implementation guides, runbooks, use-case docs) * Plan and facilitate client workshops, steering committees, and executive briefings; track outputs and actions to closure * Develop business cases and ROI analyses for security programs and present to management * Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies; shape governance frameworks * Build client roadmaps aligned to strategy, threat profile, and budget * Manage scope and delivery risks; escalate issues to protect client outcomes * Support pre-sales with technical input for scoping, proposals, and client presentations * Contribute to bids, scope definitions, and commercial frameworks for engagements * Contribute to service methodologies, templates, and knowledge resources * Stay current with threat landscape and vendor developments; share insights with the team * Engage in peer reviews and professional development within LevelBlue * Travel to client sites as required Tasks * 3-6 years in cyber security consulting, MSSP, or in-house security with client-facing experience * Solid grounding in network security, IAM, endpoint protection, cloud security, vulnerability management * Strong domain expertise in one or more: SIEM design/operationalisation, SOC design/transition, EDR deployment, MSS service integration * Experience with Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Copilot for Security, Azure * Proven ability to produce senior-level deliverables (HLDs, LLDs, SOWs, exec presentations) * Experience across greenfield and existing enterprise environments * Ability to work autonomously on multiple engagements and travel as needed * Proven written deliverables suitable for direct client distribution * Strong workshop, interview, and presentation skills * Excellent client-facing communication and ability to translate findings to business terms Key requirements * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision * 401(k) with employer matching * Generous paid time off and holidays * Flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts * Employee assistance programs * Training and development opportunities
