Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to lead the migration of legacy permitting systems to modern cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, software vendors, and development teams to improve workflows, support system integrations, coordinate testing activities, and ensure successful implementation of business and technology solutions., * Lead the migration of legacy permitting systems to cloud-based solutions.

• Collaborate with Licensing, Permitting, Customer Service, and Billing teams to optimize business workflows.
• Implement process automation and integrations with GIS and service request systems.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and software vendors.
• Document business processes and translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Work closely with development teams to define functional analysis and solution designs.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and coordinate project activities.
• Support Quality Assurance (QA) activities and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and performance testing.
• Provide end-user training, production support, and post-implementation assistance.

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of at least five (5) of the technologies and tools listed below.
