A publicly traded software company is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join an established engineering team. This role sits within a mature, large-scale enterprise application that serves a global customer base. You will contribute to an active modernization effort that leans heavily into AI-assisted development, helping evolve a Java based application using modern tooling, large language models, and spec-driven workflows. This is a hands-on engineering role with a forward-looking mandate on a team with leadership that is fully bought into AI. This role is full-time, 5 days onsite. Required Skills & Experience
