Job description

The IT Project Specialist will support the coordination, implementation, and management of various IT and business application projects. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to support software systems, ERP applications, automation initiatives, and process improvement efforts., * Coordinate and support IT and business application projects across departments

  • Assist with project scheduling, communication, documentation, and meeting coordination
  • Support software application analysis, implementation, testing, and documentation
  • Assist with ERP system support including troubleshooting and user assistance
  • Develop and support automation solutions using:
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Python
  • Low-Code / No-Code tools
  • Research and document business requirements and operational workflows
  • Support systems analysis, software configuration, and employee training initiatives
  • Promote project management best practices and process standardization
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates
  • Support additional IT-related projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

Do you have experience in Research?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management
  • Knowledge of:
  • Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • IT Service Management (ITIL)
  • Project documentation and presentation practices
  • ERP systems and business applications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
  • ERP systems support experience
  • Microsoft Power Platform
  • Python (preferred)
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills, * Japanese bilingual skills is a must
  • Experience with automation or process improvement projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Flexible and adaptable in a changing business environment
