Job description

Managing projects related to migrating our WiFi infrastructure to a new solution within our major AT&T corporate buildings. It is roughly ~100 locations that will require project management for coordinating local field forces, Life Cycle Management (LCM), and WiFi ops to make the configuration changes. It would require change management as well. The resources will not be performing any configuration changes. This is strictly a coordination effort for the resources. Our LCM team performs all layer 3/2 switch configuration changes. Our WiFi Ops team performs all AP configuration. A Typical Day:

  • Send a request to lifecycle team and wifi ops team
  • Coordinating a day for those 2 entities to be there at the same time
  • Scheduling a Teams bridge
  • Ensuring they perform the change once onsite
  • After change is complete - once a site is planned they shut units down and use cloud based controllers in AT&T’s data center

Requirements

Must haves:

  • CISCO WiFi experience
  • Project Management
  • Change Management
  • AT&T/Telecomm experience
  • (YOE is flexible for all above)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • CCNA or CCNP Certification -48/hr
