Job description

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining userfacing software applications for data analysis, including web and dashboard tools.
  • Hands-on work with video recording, digitized video database systems, and text data applications (QVideo/QNotes/QBank-type capabilities).
  • Building and supporting applications using Appian or another lowcode/nocode platform as a primary implementation tool.
  • Strong .NET development background (C#/ASP.NET, APIs, services) with delivery experience on Azure (App Service, Functions, SQL, storage).
  • Implementing enhancements and bug fixes within a formal SDLC and change control process in secure or federal environments.
  • Developing and maintaining 508 compliant frontend experiences; working with UX/accessibility teams to remediate issues.

Requirements

  • Exposure to cognitive interview or survey research systems, including integration with tools like Qualtrics or similar.
  • Experience working on systems that have obtained and maintained an ATO, supporting documentation, testing, and security fixes.
  • Familiarity with data migration from legacy applications to COTS/LCNC solutions, including content and metadata mapping.
  • Experience integrating LCNC workflows with .NET microservices and Azure data services (e.g., Azure SQL, Blob, Key Vault)., * 7-10+ years total software development experience.
  • 3-5+ years building and maintaining production systems in secure/federal or regulated environments.
  • 3-5+ years with .NET, and 2-3+ years delivering solutions on Appian or comparable LCNC plus Azure.
