Job description

As Salesforce Administrator you will be part of our Sales Operations team and the go-to person for our CRM landscape. You work closely with Sales, Partner Management, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure our Salesforce system is optimally tailored to the needs of a growing, internationally operating company., * You administer, configure and continuously develop our Salesforce instance (objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, flows).

  • You own user, role and permission management (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
  • You ensure data quality - from imports/exports to deduplication and data cleansing processes.
  • You build and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales, Partner Management and senior leadership.
  • You automate business processes using Flows, Process Builder and other Salesforce tools.
  • You gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into practical, scalable solutions within the system.
  • You act as the first point of contact for technical questions and issues related to Salesforce.
  • You manage integrations with connected systems (e.g. marketing automation, ERP, reporting tools) and you track new Salesforce releases and features and evaluate their value for our organization.
  • You create documentation and train end users on how to work with Salesforce
  • A central, hands-on role with direct influence on our sales and partner processes
  • Support from a well-organized IT and Sales Operations team

Requirements

  • You have several years (5+) of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, and a Salesforce certification (e.g. ADM 201).
  • You have solid experience configuring Salesforce (objects, flows, validation rules, reports dashboards).
  • You understand sales and partner processes as well as typical CRM data structures in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with integrations/interfaces (APIs, middleware, tools such as Pardot)
  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA) Service Cloud
  • Experience with implementation of AI projects like Salesforce Agentforce
  • You have a structured, detail-oriented and solution-focused way of working combined with strong analytical skills.
  • AI is already an integral part of your daily work, and you know how to use it effectively to drive results. Growth mindset and enthusiasm for actively shaping and improving processes.
  • You are business fluent in English, fluent German language skills are a plus.
  • You enjoy working closely with different business functions and can communicate complex topics in an easily understandable way.
