Partner Solution Architect, AWS SAIL

Experteer Overview As part of the ASP, you will co-create AI agents to automate partner-program workflows and lead end-to-end PoC engagements with partner leadership. You’ll work with engineering teams to design, build, and deploy agentic AI workloads and integrate them with Partner Central. The role blends hands-on coding, architectural decision-making, and direct partner engagement to drive customer success at scale. Expect to influence technical outcomes and shape automation for large partner programs, including GenAI enablement and production workload acceleration. Compensation / Benefits * Co-build AI agents with APO engineering to automate partner-program processes * Architect externalization pipelines from internal concept to live Partner Central deployments * Develop multi-agent orchestration using AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, and MCP * Integrate agents with Partner Central APIs and federation layers * Improve agent accuracy via prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation passes * Contribute IaC patterns, evaluation suites, and reusable agent templates * Co-build with partners to drive customer success and manage end-to-end partner engagements * Design solution architectures and build-specs for agentic AI workloads * Write production-grade serverless code and run evaluation passes before delivery * Deliver agentic AI workshops and create reusable assets for scaling across partners * Drive revenue through partner-attached AI workloads and collaboration on opportunities * Maintain ongoing engagement status, address technical questions, and document discoveries Tasks * 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures * 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries * 4+ years of experience in relevant technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) * Preferred: 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures * Preferred: experience migrating or transforming legacy solutions to the cloud * Preferred: experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective Key requirements * health insurance * 401(k) matching * paid time off * parential leave * RSUs and sign-on payments * mental health support
