Artificial Intelligence AI Platforms Enterprise Integration

Job description

A fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed enterprise AI platform is hiring an Enterprise AI Transformation Lead to own and scale AI-driven change across the DACH region from Munich. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to transform multibillion-euro enterprises into AI-native operators - acting as a trusted strategic partner to C-suite executives, building high-impact agent deployments, and helping grow the regional team as the company expands across Europe. This is a high-agency, high-ownership role for someone who combines top-tier consulting instincts with deep hands-on AI expertise and the energy of an operator. What You’ll Do Lead the regional rollout across DACH from Munich, owning regional outcomes end-to-end. Serve as the AI transformation partner to CEOs, CIOs, and Chief Transformation Officers at large enterprises. Run each account like a consulting engagement: stakeholder mapping, diagnostic, roadmap, rollout, and measurable outcomes. Diagnose where AI creates the most leverage and identify the highest-value use cases for each customer. Build the first agents yourself to prove value, then scale adoption org-wide. Host executive workshops, briefings, and strategy-oriented QBRs that engage senior leadership. Navigate complex internal politics to find champions, remove blockers, and expand impact. Work directly with company leadership on regional strategy, key accounts, and team-building in Munich. Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering, prioritising what they need and pushing back when necessary. Systematically automate your own workflows by building agents and processes that eliminate manual work.

Requirements

Dealbreakers Native-level German proficiency; based in Munich or fully willing to relocate. 3+ years in enterprise AI transformation consulting, delivering transformation roadmaps and C-suite engagements for large enterprises. Proven hands-on experience shipping production AI agents, including model routing, evaluation design, data residency considerations, and enterprise integration architecture. Required Tier-one consulting background (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, or equivalent) or equivalent transformation experience delivering enterprise AI programmes. Experience building and deploying agent workflows in enterprise AI platforms or equivalent environments. Experience building and leading a regional team and scaling across European markets. Proven track record leading C-level engagements at large enterprises - driving strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. Commercially sharp: experience with enterprise renewals, expansions, and multi-stakeholder revenue motions. Extremely high agency, fast decision-making, and concise communication style. Low ego, high ownership - willingness to do the unsexy work to drive results. Nice to Have Ex-founder or early-stage startup experience. Willingness to travel and spend multiple days per week at customer sites.

Benefits & conditions

Salary: €90,000 - €150,000 per year, depending on experience. Opportunity to build and lead the DACH regional team from the ground up. Work directly with senior leadership at a well-funded, high-growth AI company. Meaningful ownership and influence over product direction as the primary customer voice.
