Artificial Intelligence Application Integration Architecture Model Validation AI Platforms Enterprise Integration

Job description

A fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed enterprise AI platform is looking for an Enterprise AI Transformation Lead to own and scale AI-driven change across the DACH region, based in Munich. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to transform large, multibillion-euro enterprises into AI-native operators - serving as a trusted strategic partner to C-suite executives while also rolling up your sleeves to build and deploy AI agents yourself., * Lead the DACH regional rollout of the company’s agentic AI platform, owning regional outcomes end-to-end from Munich.

  • Act as the AI transformation partner to CEOs, CIOs, and Chief Transformation Officers at large enterprises.
  • Run each account like a consulting engagement: stakeholder mapping, diagnostics, transformation roadmaps, rollouts, and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify the highest-value AI use cases per customer and diagnose where AI creates the most leverage.
  • Build the first AI agents yourself to prove value, then scale adoption across customer organisations.
  • Host executive workshops, briefings, and strategy-oriented business reviews that engage senior leadership.
  • Navigate complex enterprise politics - find champions, remove blockers, and expand impact.
  • Contribute directly to regional strategy, key accounts, and team-building in Munich alongside senior leadership.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering, prioritising their needs and pushing back when necessary.
  • Systematically automate your own workflows by building agents and automated processes to eliminate manual work.

Requirements

Dealbreakers:

  • Native-level German proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Based in Munich or fully willing to relocate.
  • 3+ years leading enterprise AI transformation engagements with C-suite stakeholders at large enterprises.
  • Hands-on experience shipping production AI agents, including model routing, evaluation design, data residency considerations, and enterprise integration architecture.

Required:

  • Tier-one consulting background (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, or equivalent) or equivalent transformation experience delivering enterprise AI programmes.
  • Deep, practical AI power-user skills: building and deploying agent workflows in enterprise AI platforms, model selection, eval design, and integration architecture.
  • Proven track record driving C-level strategy, roadmaps, and measurable transformation outcomes.
  • Experience building and leading a regional team and scaling operations across Europe.
  • Commercially sharp: experience owning renewals, expansions, and multi-stakeholder revenue motions.
  • Extremely high agency, fast decision-making, concise communication, and a low-ego, high-ownership mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • Ex-founder or startup experience in an AI-native company.
  • Willingness to travel and spend multiple days per week at customer sites.

Benefits & conditions

  • Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 USD annually.
  • Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and shape the European expansion of a well-backed AI platform.
  • Visa sponsorship: Not available - candidates must already have the right to work in Germany.
