Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Curtiss-Wright’s SAP Market to Cash (MTC) function as both Industry/Application Lead and People Manager for the supporting team. You will drive SAP Sales and Service (repairs & aftermarket) across SAP S/4HANA, shaping processes, integrations, and data strategy with business partners. You will manage the SDLC for SAP Sales, Service, CRM, and ITM deployments plus day-to-day support, delivering business value through effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration. This remote, US-based position offers growth, accountability, and a focus on sustaining best practices and critical production support. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the SAP Sales and Service MTC functional area and align with BPOs to prioritize legacy and new processes * Provide advisory SME support across SDLC for SAP Sales, Service, CRM, and ITM (new deployments and operations) * Own SAP S/4HANA design, solution, and data for Sales, Service, and trade * Maintain SAP best practices and manage WRICEF inventory * Provide occasional off-hours support for production incidents * Manage the SAP Sales and Service functional team: hiring, onboarding, development planning, performance evaluations * Set team priorities, optimize workload, and ensure on-time delivery of business value * Coach team on technical depth and stakeholder engagement * Oversee capacity planning and staffing conclusions feeding into resource planning Tasks * 15+ years of SAP ERP experience with SAP S/4HANA Core Sales and Service Management, ITM, and SAP Customer Service * 5+ full lifecycle implementations in SAP Sales and Service Management * Experience integrating SAP ERP(S/4) with MS Dynamics CRM or Salesforce CRM * Hands-on experience in Service Management processes and integration with OTC, PP, FICO, MES * Hands-on experience in Order to Cash process design and integration with FICO, CRM, IBP, and Service to Cash * Experience with Service Order Management, Preventive Maintenance, Sales & Service Contracts, Warranty, and Pricing Management * 7+ years of direct people-management experience including hiring, development, and performance management * Bachelor degree in information technology, Computer Information Systems, or Software Engineering Key requirements * Paid Time Off * 401K with Employer Match and Profit Sharing * Health and Wellness Benefits * Learning and Development Opportunities * Referral Program * Employee Stock Purchase Plan
