Job description
This Manager, Home Warranty Network Optimization (Data Analysis) role is a lead business operations position focused on optimizing home warranty service provider network performance through advanced data analysis, market-level insights, and platform configuration. The Manager will leverage strong data manipulation capabilities-including advanced SQL querying-to drive performance improvements, identify trends and gaps, and support strategic decision making across the network., * Perform deep, hands-on data analysis using SQL and related tools to evaluate service provider performance, market coverage, claims outcomes, and cost drivers.

Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities; translate findings into actionable operational insights.

Implement market-level success strategies with high-volume service providers using data-driven recommendations.

Partner closely with Network Analytics, Capacity, and Claims teams to design metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support optimization efforts.

Support continuous improvement initiatives informed by quantitative analysis and experimentation.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between analytical insights and operational execution.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, operations, supply chain, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in operations, vendor management, analytics, or service delivery environments.

Advanced data manipulation skills, including strong hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries.

Experience working with large datasets, performance metrics, and analytical tools.

Strong ability to translate data into insights and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence or reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in home warranty, in-home service, or similar service operations environments.

Experience partnering with analytics teams or building self-service analytical solutions.

Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean) is helpful but not required.
