Job description
Full Stack Developer opportunities in this area could involve building and maintaining scalable web applications using modern cloud platforms and containerised architectures. A central focus could be coordinating across frontend and backend systems to deliver integrated solutions that support business objectives., * Developing and maintaining backend services using technologies such as .NET, ASP.NET, Java and Spring Boot
- Designing and implementing microservices architectures and distributed systems
- Working with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS and GCP to deploy and scale applications
- Setting up CI/CD pipelines and containerisation using Docker and Kubernetes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contributing to code reviews and maintaining code quality standards

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience building full stack applications using both frontend and backend technologies
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language, such as .NET, Java or Python
- Experience with React or equivalent modern frontend frameworks
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Experience with containerisation tools such as Docker
- Ability to work independently and manage defined workstreams
Nice-to-have
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and orchestration platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines
- Experience with Spring Boot or ASP.NET frameworks
- AWS Certified Developer - Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
- Exposure to message queues, event-driven architecture or data pipelines
- Understanding of API design and RESTful principles
Benefits & conditions
Roles of this type are typically offered on a contract basis at a rate of £500-700 per day, based in Manchester, Greater Manchester, England.
