Full Stack Developer

Full Stack Developer opportunities in this area could involve building and maintaining scalable web applications using modern cloud platforms and containerised architectures. • Designing and implementing microservices architectures and distributed systems
• Working with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS and GCP to deploy and scale applications
• Setting up CI/CD pipelines and containerisation using Docker and Kubernetes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Contributing to code reviews and maintaining code quality standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience building full stack applications using both frontend and backend technologies
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language, such as .NET, Java or Python
• Experience with React or equivalent modern frontend frameworks
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Experience with containerisation tools such as Docker
• Ability to work independently and manage defined workstreams

Nice-to-have

• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and orchestration platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines
• Experience with Spring Boot or ASP.NET frameworks
• AWS Certified Developer - Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
• Exposure to message queues, event-driven architecture or data pipelines
• Understanding of API design and RESTful principles

Roles of this type are typically offered on a contract basis at a rate of £500-700 per day, based in Manchester, Greater Manchester, England.
