Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).
  • {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).

Preferred skills

  • Experience working on medium-to-large IT projects.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Business SMEs from multiple platforms.
  • Familiar with SCRUM methodology and the product owner role
  • Proven ability to influence and advance projects and ideas forward.
  • Experience with Organizational Change Management.
  • Varicent software experience
