Procurement Operations Manager (Business Operations/Dashboard/Power BI/SAP)

We are seeking a Manager, Business Operations to support procurement operations, process improvement, and operational analytics within a regulated business environment. This role will partner with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives., * Support procure-to-pay (P2P) operations including purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and invoice resolution

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve procurement and operational issues
• Develop dashboards, reports, and operational metrics using Excel, Smartsheet, and Power BI
• Support process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational excellence initiatives
• Maintain SharePoint documentation, templates, and knowledge resources
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership teams

Do you have experience in Supplier management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree required

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, procurement, finance, or related areas
• Experience with procurement operations, vendor management, purchase orders, or invoice resolution
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, SAP, or SharePoint preferred
• Regulated industry experience preferred (pharma, biotech, healthcare, or medical device)

Preferred Skills

• Process improvement or operational excellence experience
• Change management experience
• Dashboarding and reporting experience
• Lean / Six Sigma knowledge preferred
