Job description
- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, overseeing planning, execution, deployment, and project closeout.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate project meetings, executive status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and issue resolution.
- Oversee implementation activities including system configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, user training, and go-live readiness.
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and contractual commitments.
Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts and ensure successful solution adoption.
- Maintain project documentation and support transition activities following implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Five or more years of experience managing enterprise software implementation projects.
- Demonstrated experience deploying ERP, MES, CRM, or other business-critical software platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management platforms including Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or comparable tools., The ideal candidate is a hands-on implementation leader who has successfully managed complex software deployments, coordinated cross-functional teams, and delivered enterprise technology solutions from planning through go-live. Experience within manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments is highly valued, particularly when supporting ERP or MES implementations.
Benefits & conditions
Salary: $60 - $90 per hour
