Job description

  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure delivery execution
  • Build and support new Agile teams from the ground up
  • Drive Agile maturity across teams and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams
  • Track delivery progress using Azure DevOps
  • Support reporting and visibility using Power BI

Requirements

  • 5+ years Scrum Master experience
  • Strong experience in Agile / SAFe environments (SAFe preferred)
  • Oil & Gas industry experience highly preferred
  • Proven experience building and scaling teams from scratch
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
  • Exposure to Power BI reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership
  • SAFe or CSM certification preferred
  • Waterfall experience is a plus
