Job description

Our IT team is looking for an ERP Administrator to join the team in Evansville, Indiana! The ERP Administrator will play a critical role in managing the strategic direction of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the ERP system. Additionally, they will serve as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related initiatives and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into ERP system enhancements.
  • Assist with the development and maintain a comprehensive ERP strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular assessments of ERP capabilities and recommend improvements to optimize system performance.
  • Oversee the integration of ERP system modules with existing business systems and applications.
  • Work closely with technical teams to customize ERP solutions to meet unique business requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all integrated systems and platforms.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs and materials to educate end-users on ERP system functionalities and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users to address system-related inquiries and issues.
  • Monitor user adoption and feedback to identify areas for improvement and additional training needs.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure ERP system effectiveness and performance.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track ERP usage, system uptime, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze data trends and insights to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Create workspaces, dashboards, widgets and data views to support maturing business needs.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SyteLine?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field job experience

Experience:

  • Proven experience (5 years) in leading ERP implementation projects within industrial manufacturing or related industries.

  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Infor Syteline.

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Other:

  • Ability to understand advanced data schemas.

  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend advanced written and verbal instructions.

  • Ability to understand, perform, and retain various job-related training, operational, and safety procedures.

  • Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and decision making related to routine duties within set company standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)

  • Certification in ERP systems (e.g., Infor Syteline)
