Interoperability Consultant - HL7

We are seeking an experienced Interoperability Consultant to support healthcare data exchange initiatives. The role focuses on analyzing, validating, and troubleshooting healthcare interfaces between provider systems and downstream applications., * Analyze healthcare interface requirements and data flows.

• Review and troubleshoot HL7 messages.
• Support interface testing, validation, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with providers, developers, QA, and project teams.
• Create and maintain interface documentation.

• 3+ years of healthcare interoperability experience.
• Hands-on experience with HL7 v2 messages and interface validation - ADT, ORU, VXU, MDM, SIU
• Experience with healthcare interface engines and data mapping.
• Knowledge of connectivity protocols: VPN, SOAP, TLS, SFTP.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into interface specifications., * This is a 12-month contract opportunity with PEN Software. Are you willing to work on a Direct W2 hourly basis with PEN Software?
• Do you have 3 years of healthcare interoperability experience ?
• Do you have experience with HL7 v2 messages and interface validation ?

$40 - $45 an hour - Full-time, Contract
